The topic of the story is “The case for the shrinking office,” and it’s part of the BBJ’s longer series on changes in the workplace.

Many thanks to Rachel Bernstein at the paper for talking to me and including me in what ended up being a very well-done story.

We're proud to say that we've been working with the folks at Ignite Baltimore as their communications partner.

The involvement comes naturally enough – I was a speaker at Ignite #2 (click here to watch my talk). From there I developed a rapport with co-founder Mike Subelsky, who happened to need some help with Ignite's overall communications effort.

For the past two months I've been working with them to do outreach in both traditional and new media, to develop the website content strategy, and in general to help talk about the event and grow the community.

Ignite is a huge asset to Baltimore's creative, entrepreneurial, and tech communities. We're extremely happy to be working with them.
