These are exciting times. Never before have we had so many interesting and robust tools available for saying what we need to say, directly to the folks who need to hear it. But it’s not easy - strategy and messaging remain paramount.
This project started with the selection of a versatile, premium WordPress theme from a studio called WooThemes. We’ve learned that it’s often a good idea to pay for a strong WP theme, especially when it comes with both extensive customization options and access to a support community.
Taking that theme and implementing it as a CMS (content management system), we then wrote and organized the information, placing emphasis on the firm’s longstanding reputation and the value offered to potential clients (property management/facilities professionals). Testimonials were solicited and given front-page placement along with more in-depth treatment on a page of their own.
Blog posts occupy a separate section for news/information and are linked via the front page and the top-level navigation. This allows the site to serve a more traditional function while still offering all of the advantages of an easily updated blog.
None of Atlantic Consulting’s competitors have anything like it, and feedback has been great. It’s a good example of how a small business can combine sound strategy with new media in service of a strong brand.
